Just had a few questions--

I used to get QC output for all of my scans automatically in the Analysis folder. Is there an easy way to turn this on for my current protocol? I remember before that it automatically generated those html files, but now it is absent.

For stability plots, sometimes they show up on Nernst in the root of the subject's scan, and sometimes they don't. Again, is there some way that I can turn on this flag? It would be useful to have these

Finally, for my latest scan today (45350 on the 4T), I noticed one run had missing slices. Do these slices ever get reconstructed, or are they permanently lost? Is this problem still recurring (i remember it happening quite a bit last year), or is this a fluke? I hadn't seen this problem occur in a while.

Thanks!

in these cases the runs were not salvaged

I'm missing the functional data from run 3 on subject 31126, which was run on the 3T on 10/27/05 around 10:30 AM. The scanner crashed after the third run, but the third run was completed. Is the functional data from this 3rd run permanently lost?

Just an update: I noticed some more missing slices on my last few scans (#45354 and #45361). Both were after pcheck was made available again, so I'm not sure why these happened.

In order for missing slices to be recovered, the tech needs to be notified immediately after the scan so that they can take steps to recover the missing data. Unfortunately the program used to notify the techs of this error (a program called pcheck) was not made available to the techs until this morning. The missing slices runs above can not be recovered. However, this problem should not happen again.

I encounter the same issue with missing slice on my 10/25 session as well (45349 on the 4T). I have the same questions as Mat above....
Are these recoverable? Why have they started happening again?

Thanks,
nancy
