Posted - Sep 02 2005 : 10:15:58 AM I ran a subject on the 4T yesterday, we did ten runs, but only runs 8,9 and 10 have shown up. Anybody know where the rest might be? |

Posted - Sep 07 2005 : 3:02:50 PM Hey all,
All the functional and anatomical data from the 4.0T should now be over and in proper form. If you have any 4.0T data thats missing or incomplete, please email me the exam number, exam date and run number and I will pipe the data back through the pipeline.
I'm working on sorting through the missing 3.0T data and will send over what I have, and post here when done. If after I've posted, you still have missing 3.0T data, then email me the same information that I've requested above (exam #, exam date, and run #) and I'll retrieve your data.
Cheers, Jimmy |

20050901_30719 is still missing all but run 1, and the same holds true for 20050906_30752. Thanks.

Posted - Sep 06 2005 : 11:50:49 AM The missing runs were due to some data transfer issues that have been fixed. Some of the runs that were transferred over later have been temporarily held up. These scans will be restored when Jimmy returns tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience. |

Posted - Sep 02 2005 : 4:29:42 PM This was apparently due to some data transfer issues. I believe it has been resolved and the data has been re-transferred. If there are still problems, please post again. |
