Over the weekend there were two separate and probably unrelated issues. First we had a problem with the scanner where at the end of a functional run there was no data - as if the run never existed. This happened on two different runs. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

The second issue that has come up recently has been with data transfer. We are missing all functional runs from Saturday and half of the runs from Friday.

By lost on that one I mean the data wasn't there to start with at the end of the run, not that it didn't transfer.

It might have something to do with the amount of available memory on the scanner computer, but I have no idea what really happened. I'll see if I can find out more from Jordan.

Hey Jimmy--
20050729_45118 and 120--there was a problem and we had to start again, but we still only have 7 runs instead of 8, but earlier this morning it only had 4, so it's maybe working on it.
Thanks,
Liz

I ran a scan this morning and the transfer took extra long, but the data appears to be in order now.

I also noticed the IYFQA was not appearing like usual.

Hey all,

Web application that displays processing daemon status for functional runs on the 4.0T only can now be found at:
http://dirac.biac.duke.edu/autorecon/

This is in beta so features will be added (such as the ability to search and/or filter according to experiment or exam). If your data does not show up in the list of processed files, feel free to email me and ask me about their status.

There is a bit of a backlog for files that came over the weekend because of disk space issues on Fourier. Seems like none of the data was "lost" however. Can everyone post exam numbers and exam dates?

Thanks,
Jimmy
