I ran 2 subjects yesterday (2-4pm and 4:30-6:30pm). For the first subject the QA mean SFNR values were between 93.3 and 112.1 (mean 103.8). For the second subject the QA mean SFNR values were almost halved, 49-84 (mean 59.4). Both subjects had < 1 voxel of movement in all 3 directions. Does anyone have any thoughts on why there would be such a dramatic decrease after in such a short amount of time?

Thanks
Michele
