It seems as though the Saturday hour schedule is not being followed. While I see no point in abiding by an arbitrary dicotomy of hours between the scanners if no one is using the scheduled hours, I think a system of notification needs to be adopted so that there is not a conflict in scheduling. For example, if you schedule after 2pm on the on the 4T, this is not reflected on the 1.5T schedule and someone could essentially double book times when we only have one MR technician available to run scans. If there was some way that we could reflect these Saturday postings on both calendars, I think that would be beneficial to all, by giving researchers running on the weekend greater flexibility and avoid these potential conflicts.
