Hi,
I remember at a BIAC user meeting in December there was discussion of having QA performed automatically on the functional data off the scanner. Is this something that is going to happen for BIAC5, and if so, when, and how do I sign up?

This is great! I was able to find the QA for each subject and start giving it a look over.
Two quick questions -
1) Will QA be saved indefinitely for all of our subjects, or is it discarded after a certain number of days / subjects?
2) What exactly is the purpose of the AFNI "FWHM in X/Y/Z" dimension (from AFNI's 3dFWHMx)?" It details that
"this metric shows the estimated FWHM for each volume in X, Y, or Z directions, used as a measure of the "smoothness" of the data."
I'm not sure what this means, since no smoothing is done to the data until later stages in analysis, and I'm not quite sure how to gauge what I'm looking at!

hey vanessa, this already happens on a nightly basis.
The data does not show up in your user directory, but you can get it through your Dashboard in the ExamTracker.

You should see your last 10 scans, or you can use the search function to get older data.
There are individual numbers that go into the db during reconstruction, and night the full qa is run (which you can access in the 'qa' link)
