Hello everyone,

Natalie and I are experiencing trouble with the right computer screen, possibly as well as the keyboard. The screen says "Dell Self Test Feature Check Red Green Blue White." It does not make scanning impossible, but it does elimate the usage of the video switcher and eye tracking.

Thanks,
Aggie

PS. I noticed the computer Donders, which is normally attached to the right monitor, was in an unusually high resolution video mode. The right monitor did not support that video mode, but the left monitor (which is bigger) did. That may have been the problem.

I recommend not setting Donders to more than 1024x768 video mode.
Maybe we should also get a new monitor.

Both monitors, keyboards , and mice at the 3T are now working again.

So i went to the scanner and swapped the entire video switcher set-up with our back-up switcher .. and the same behavior continued.

Basically you can control either Donders/mach through the switcher by manually changing the displays with the " Ctr + ~ " switch. #1 selects mach, #2 selects donders.

I think there is a cable at fault between donders and the video switcher since either computers can be controlled with the keyboard/mouse/monitor on the left.
