It seems that it is not functioning properly. We have a problem wit it yesterday and today.

Any suggestion?

Please describe problem details.
Does it not work at all? Partly work?
Which scan?
If it doesn't work at all it is likely a software initialization problem or a disconnected cable.
If it works partly it may be an internal hardware problem, or a software issue.
